Brought to life by Studio Ro+Ca, the Brazilian singer-songwriter worked tirelessly to manifest her dream home in record time—only six months! “Just to deal with this controlling client, I think that they are geniuses,” says Anitta. The house tells the story of Anitta’s life. Upon entering, you find yourself in a spacious room where the first thing that catches your eye is a mosaic mural in blue and orange. Today, AD is welcomed by Lana Condor to tour her Los Angeles home. The ‘To All the Boys I Loved Before’ star’s journey towards her dream home started over FaceTime while in Vietnam. It was love at first sight for Condor and upon returning to LA, she and her husband Anthony De La Torre began transforming the house into the home she had always dreamed of. The actress enlisted the help of interior designer Joseph Monsour, and together they created a soft, elegant space inspired by Condor’s travels to Italy. The couple knew this home was the start of a new chapter together, so it was only right they chose to host their wedding’s welcome party and farewell brunch in the space they so lovingly designed.

When ‘The White Lotus’ star and his wife Nadia Conners decided to move east for a new chapter, it was an enchanting 1920s property that caught their eye. Built in the style of a Scottish hunting lodge, this prohibition-era property had not been touched in 100 years. With the help of AD100 designer Shawn Henderson, the couple worked to bring the house into the 21st century while preserving the property’s rich history. Despite the years of work, the renovation allowed Goggins to immerse himself in two of his great love languages, art, and design, as the couple brought their new vision to life. “I’m a poor kid from Georgia. How great is it to have our child grow up around art and music and great furniture and all these things that are so life-affirming and expansive?” the actor says, concluding, “This house has stimulated me in ways I’ve never been stimulated before.”

I’m under no one else’s jurisdiction. It’s scary, but also very freeing.”

Over the years, the Kardashian-Jenner clan has become known for their flamboyant Christmas decorations but Kendall’s approach to holiday decorating is much more traditional. With the help of florist to the stars, Jeff Leatham, green garlands, a classic tree, and vintage decorations lace the halls of her home creating a nostalgic atmosphere. Much of this nostalgia stems from decorations from Kendall’s childhood handed down from her mom Kris–most notably her collection of Christopher Radko tree ornaments. “Growing up with [those ornaments] every year, they became so special to me,” she says. “And I can’t wait to share that with my kids one day, but I love sharing this with my friends. In the 58 years Steinem has lived in her home, it has been the perfect base for her to make and witness history. It was in 1971 that her living room played host to women from media and politics and the conception of Ms. Magazine. Steinem’s home is deeply personal, full of fascinating memorabilia from her tireless career and advocacy–a plush, colorful space, it is easy to feel welcome and instantly at home and Steinem has no plans to stop hosting powerful women living anytime soon.

When the Live with Kelly and Mark hosts moved into their Upper East Side townhouse over a decade ago, the couple had a vision of 1920s and ‘30s French glamor adapted for modern family living. With the help of AD100 designer William Sofield, the couple turned their home into an Art Deco masterpiece, full of treasures found on a trip to the antique markets in Paris. After twelve fabulous years of raising their family in this home, the couple has no plans of leaving and are ready for a new chapter in their home, just them. “I don’t want to sound morbid,” says Ripa, “but they’ll have to carry me out of here feetfirst because I have gotten good and comfortable in this house.”

When she’s not making us laugh on ‘Saturday Night Live’, Gardner leaves NYC behind, heading back to the Midwest for a slower pace of life. The actor and comedian moved into a midcentury-modern home that soon became a disco-era fantasy with the help of Tara Davis of Cicada Company and Brooklyn-based interior designer Madelynn Hudson. From terrazzo floors to a disco ball stove hood, Gardner’s home is full of fun finishes inspired by memories of her youth and her all-time favorite movie Boogie Nights. “Having a glamorous and gregarious mom and a fashion-forward dad, their whole lives were their prime—but in the ’70s they were especially killing it,” she says. “My dream was to make the house a sexy-chic time capsule.”
